Vaulting Vaulting is a unique and growing sport, which combines dance and gymnastics on a moving horse. It's a wonderful way to develop coordination, balance, strength, trust, teamwork, responsibility, self confidence and creativity while working in harmony with the horse. For two and a half years vaulting has been an important part of the community lessons program at CATR Farms. The strong emphasis on teambuilding and team spirit make vaulting a natural addition to the community and the therapeutic riding programs.
